Job Summary :
Under the direction of the Brand Manager, the intern will be responsible to support the planning, coordinating and execution of events and marketing campaign for the assigned brands. He/ She will also be tasked to assist in digital and social media strategy & planning.
Good time management, ability to set and stick to priorities, and capable of meeting multiple deadlines are necessary for this role. Guidance will be provided for the tasks hence a can-do attitude with a willingness to learn is highly encouraged. This internship will certainly help you to gain broad experience in marketing and event management.
Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
Marketing & Market Research
- Assist to monitor and evaluate competitors marketing. E.g. trade activations and
- digital marketing
- Contribute to the creation of campaigns POSM and assist to develop trade presenters for commercial/wholesaler.
- Assist in digital and social media strategy & planning (monthly content calendar)
- Create or suggest engaging and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns
Administrative and Coordination Skill
- Raising PO and PR for accounting purpose
- Help with the planning, handling logistics and hosting of marketing events
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Communication and Interaction
- Manage efficient communication to get the best support internally and externally
- Be a team player to the marketing team and work closely with the commercial team, as well as other departments in Pernod Ricard
- Build efficient networks with opinion leaders (consumer/trade/media)
