Business Development Intern (6 Months)
Purpose:
He/ She is responsible for assisting with implementation of core sales processes for APAC Key Accounts to drive sales effectiveness.
1. Assist to develop sales processes to improve sales execution and efficiency
2. Assist in market research for key accounts and propose statistics/ analytics to support findings and recommendations
3. Assist Key Accounts sales leaders on design of standardized templates (e.g. Sales Quotations, Discount Approval Form, etc.) to drive sales productivity
4. Assist regional leaders on execution of strategic sales initiatives where required
5. Provide support on ad-hoc special sales projects and process to support Key Accounts regional growth
6. Collaboration with Finance to support Sales – Finance cross-functional initiatives/ projects where required
Requirements:
1. Ability to work effectively with cross-discipline regional team and as an individual
2. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
3. Self-motivated
4. Strong bias for action and results oriented
5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
6. Fluency in English; additional languages preferable (Mandarin a plus)
7. Strong PC skills including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
