SO WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?

The Perform Content team has an aggressive expansion plan in South-East Asia that sees an ambitious growth within existing territories including Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia. Perform is looking to recruit a part-time sales intern in Singapore to work with the commercial sales team to support our content distribution business, mainly through our sports data brand Opta and news-production brand Omnisport .

This is a great opportunity for any individual interested to learn more about the different aspects of the sports and digital media industries and kick off a future career in the digital sports & media industry. This role is with the view of offering full-time hours after 2 months, if successful within internship.

KEY DELIVERABLES (WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE?) % of role

• Pre-and Post-Sales Support : researching prospects, help in preparing proposals and contracts, follow up on invoices and updating clients 25
• Account Management Support : managing timelines of key client accounts’ services delivery and attending to ad-hoc client requests 25
• Marketing and Research Support : competitor analysis, help in compiling monthly newsletter and data SEO research 20
• Monitor news and developments relating to, or impacting, the global and regional sports industry 10
• Support commercial and marketing campaigns around key sporting events 10
• Support Financial Analyst in data entry and research 10

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW?) Skill Level (out of 4)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member 4
• Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email and face to face 4
• Positive attitude and a desire to learn and succeed in a dynamic and growing industry 4
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 3
• Good organizational , presentation and writing skills 3
• Passion or empathy for sport, in particular football 3

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS (DO YOU HAVE THESE DESIRABLES?)

• Minimum ‘A’ Levels/Diploma certification , or equivalent.
• Experience with Photoshop or other design software is favourable but not a prerequisite.
