What You Will Learn to Do and Deliver:
- Provide HR Consulting services - talent acquisition, talent management and development, career transition management, formulation of human capital solutions for clients’ new business units/plants, start-ups, etc.
- Conduct research for executive search assignments and market mapping. Gather and collect detailed information specific to an identified talent pool. Research needs to be conducted in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Assist Senior Consultants in defining the scope of executive searches for specific roles and fulfilling their research needs
- Develop creative approaches to sourcing for information and data
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
