- To maintain good relationship with media contacts by sending edge out images and product descriptions or to facilitate loans of products by media for editorial features
- To support seasonal launch by assisting in the preparation of media kits/ press release and delivery to media contacts
- To prepare press coverage reports and post promotion reports for analysis
- To copywrite for any forms of press releases and/or product descriptions
- To conduct research on various activities required by the Marketing department
- To facilitate communication between the Marketing department and the retail floor to ensure good dissimilation of information
- To facilitate weekly marketing meetings
- Provide general administrative supports and the production of visual display materials
- To prepare products and wardrobe for product and/or model photo shoot sessions
- All other ad-hoc duties
