Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking driven Senior Business Development Executive to boost our Business Development Team in scaling our product, acquiring more customers, and mentoring our junior team members. You will contribute to our hyper growth by contributing ideas and leading projects to further enhance our products and promote our productivity solutions. This position also comes with high earning potential- attractive basic salary + bonus & commission (up to $10,000 per month), structured and comprehensive training, and career advancement opportunities to management level.

What you will do:

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their positions in the industry;
  • Research and analyze sales methodology and channels;
  • Provide customers with products in line with their product needs;
  • Establish strong relationship with prospects and existing clients and recommend them sales solutions;
  • Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, e.g. researching and recommending new opportunities, process and service improvements; 
  • Identify areas product improvements and work closely with Product team for feature development;
  • Boost sales and brand exposure for account assigned and meet sales target;
  • Mentor team members; boost juniors’ accomplishments by coaching junior/less experienced team members.


Requirements:

  • Proven B2B records in sales and client-relationship management;
  • Self-motivated, result-driven attitude and great energy level;
  • Confident and articulate presentation skills;
  • Persuasive verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin;
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
