Job Description

About this role

Pear Comms is looking for a Customer Success Intern to be the main link to the newly onboarded customers. You will be involved in the Product Trainings of our CRM solution, QuickDesk, assisting the customers on how to use our product optimally. You will be able to contribute to the development of the product by keeping a close contact to the customers, investigating their behaviour and requirements. You will grow to become a great presenter and learn how to cultivate and maintain great relationships with customers.

What you will do

  • Arrange and conduct Product Trainings

  • Assist in grant applications 

  • Engage with customers

  • Drive customer success

  • Join in evaluation of user journeys


Requirements

  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly self-motivated and self-driven with the ability to learn fast and think on feet

  • Meticulous and with a fine sense for details

  • Able to commit full-time for 3-6 months
