Responsibilities:

• Meet with end users and subject matter experts to define business goals and problems that need to be managed 

• Support Solution Architects to develop market leading energy and digital related solutions and solves customers’ pain-points. 

• Processing and utilizing IT data for business insights and analyzing data to inform business decisions. 

• Work with various teams to drive project phases while monitoring deliverables to ensure timely completion of project. 

Requirements: 

• Major in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems and Analytics and Electrical Engineering, or other relevant programmes preferred 

• Keen understanding about IT systems and software delivery methodologies is a must. 

• Knowledge in system functionalities and logic. 

• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills 

• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills 

• Strong ability to write up systems-specification documents in a clear and concise manner
