Social Media Content Creator Intern – Pawkit (Pet Industry)

This is a hands-on, execution-focused content role.

You will be responsible for creating short-form videos (TikTok, Reels) that are:

• Engaging within the first 3 seconds
• Clear in message
• Structured with a strong hook and call to action

We are not looking for just ideas — we are looking for someone who can execute consistently and improve based on performance.

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit and publish at least 3 short-form videos per week
• Experiment with different hooks and formats to improve performance
• Analyse basic metrics (views, retention, engagement) and iterate content
• Work with raw footage from grooming, vet, and real-life pet scenarios
• Suggest and create new content ideas with clear angles and CTAs

 What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of hooks and short-form storytelling
• Comfortable experimenting and testing different content angles
• Able to edit videos quickly and efficiently
• Prior experience with TikTok / Instagram Reels editing
• Metrics-driven mindset (you care about what performs, not just what looks nice)
• Self-motivated — able to deliver without constant follow-up
• Creative and able to generate original, non-generic ideas

 Bonus 

• Interest in pets, grooming, or veterinary content
• Ability to turn real-life pet scenarios into relatable content
