This role sits right at the core of that system.
What You’ll Do
* Accounting
Record invoices, payments, and expenses
Organise receipts and financial records
Assist with payment reconciliation (Stripe, PayNow, bank)
* Inventory
Track medications, supplies, and equipment
Support stock counts and restocking
Monitor inventory usage during services
* Operations
Maintain accurate records (Zoho / sheets)
Flag discrepancies in finance or inventory
Support simple reports and process improvements
