Pawjourr – Pet Creators Scout

As a scout, your job is to identify pet talents and grow our base of pet creators in our key markets. Currently, we have approximately 6,000 registered accounts under our network and we aim to aggressively grow this number to 20,000 by June 2022. 

Job Scope 

• Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third-party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions in the SG & USA markets. 
• Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences. 
• Reaching and building a KOL network, both pet, and human influencers. 
• Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables. 
• Collaborate and work with team members from the sales and campaign management team to recruit quality KOLs for specific campaigns. 
• Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement. 
• Provide accurate timing estimates on work.

• Must be proficient in English

• Familiar with social media platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Youtube, Pinterest etc

• Able to measure social media engagement. 

• Savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing. 

• Creative and passionate about Digital Marketing. 

• Great interpersonal skills 

• Great time management skills and attention to detail 

• Team player and love to interact with people

• Existing student in a local university or polytechnic 

• Strong preference for pet owners
