Job Descriptions:

• Responsible in meeting the needs of the line managers in order to fulfill the manpower requests.
• Track and identify potential and prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
• Participate in organizing career talk, recruitment events.
• Involve in driving and implementing HR strategies and initiative in talent attraction.
• Performing cold calling and telemarketing to potential candidates.
• Following up closely with candidates after the interview activities.
• Assisting L&D Manager in terms of preparing training materials
