Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible in meeting the needs of the line managers in order to fulfill the manpower requests.
- Track and identify potential and prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
- Participate in organizing career talk, recruitment events.
- Involve in driving and implementing HR strategies and initiative in talent attraction.
- Performing cold calling and telemarketing to potential candidates.
- Following up closely with candidates after the interview activities.
- Assisting L&D Manager in terms of preparing training materials
