Job Description
- Manage the members' redemption process
- Manage daily customer enquiries that come in via email and calls and ensure timely resolution
- Provide PR support for the sales team/ops team
- Review and publish content for Park Hotel Group's website
- Create and review Electronic Direct Mail (eDMs) at property and group level
- Monitor the group's chatbot and answer to enquiries as and when required
- Generate monthly reports required by management
