Sales Coordinator (4-8 Months Contract)
To perform a spectrum of secretarial duties comprises of the following activities:-
- To receive and screen calls.
- To provide secretarial support in file administration, tracing, stationery etc.
- To prepare standard correspondence, memorandum, letters and quotations to clients.
- To prepare standard and ad hoc reports for the sales department.
