Parcel Perform – Marketing & Sales Intern

We need you on our team:

All the creativity, energy, knowledge and great ideas of the people working on our product and our business ideas will need to be supported by a strong marketing & sales support to be ready for market launch & sustainably drive our business growth. 

You will be part of a young & motivated team, setting up all sales tools & marketing efforts a start-up needs to succeed in the industry: 

• Enabling the sales team - We have identified the right tools to equip our sales team, now we need to bring these  tools to live. Help us to customize our CRM, develop sales guidelines & FAQs as well as the right approach to successfully win & sustain our customers. 

• Let the world know about us - What is a perfect product without anyone knowing about it? Help us to let our customers, prospects & even our friends know about the endless opportunities of Parcel Perform. We develop newsletters, need to find the right tone & channel to approach all our stakeholders & develop a campaign that makes people remember Parcel Perform for a lifetime. You are a social media addict? Even better! We need to bring our facebook and twitter profiles too live & develop exciting content for our newly established blog!

• Represent Parcel Perform - You are confident & love to interact with people? Perfect. Once we coached you on our products and developed the eye-catching materials to shine at every conference, we want you to accompany us and help to represent Parcel Perform and convince the people of our services. 

In summary, you will have the opportunity to shape the Parcel Perform market launch and get the opportunity to participate in all aspects of sales & marketing. You’ll learn & engage in an excited team, with the possibility to drive your own projects and represent a company that is about to revolutionize the e-commerce logistics industry. 

What you should bring along:

You need to feel the same way about our offering and bring along the following things:

• Energetic, results-driven personality with persistence and efficient time management

• At least some hands-on experience in marketing and/or sales (the more the better!)

• Overall strong communication & creative writing skills as well as high social media competency 

• A design and creative background or interest to form up the most beautiful marketing materials

• Excellent written and spoken English is a must to form up all materials & engage with our team and customers

• A strong willingness to keep learning and pushing yourself to higher and higher levels.

• Bachelor's degree or more (in the making)

• Familiarity with Google docs & CRM applications
