Today’s online merchants work with multiple carriers, but lack the ability to compare carrier performance over time and geography. Parcel Perform offers interactive dashboards with key logistic KPIs (e.g. transit times, deliverability) to enable e-commerce merchants to optimize their logistics. We also provide merchants with the tools needed to enhance the last stretch of their end customers’ e-commerce experience, including a customizable tracking page with richer insights in multiple languages, as well as automated updates across web and mobile.

We offer consumers a single website with a simple, unified interface to track parcels globally and in multiple languages. Website alerts, email and SMS notifications will keep you informed about your delivery on every step of its way.

Job Description

We need you on our team:

You will be part of a young & motivated team, driving the next level of growth of our Parcel Monitor and Parcel Perform applications that helps customers track e-commerce shipments around the globe. We have high aspirations for this product and look for a new team member to accelerate on:

  • Product Features - We are constantly seeking to make our application more compelling for users, implement new features and help the marketing and sales team with product innovations for their efforts. Be a key driver behind this and define the future development of our product

  • Product Content and Master Data - Our product consolidates information across multiple service providers and multiple languages in order to provide a consistent and seamless user experience. You will gain hands on knowledge of how e-commerce processes work end to end, while enriching our product with data that is critical to the marketplace

  • Customer Onboarding - As we move into the next phase of customer traction, customers are joining our platform and we need next level support beyond customer service. Working closely with the product and customer service teams, you will drive customer account setup from a technical standpoint and provide valuable input to the product development process to make customer onboarding more efficient

  • Data Analysis - As we increase gain more and more access to data on our platform, we are developing insights to support our customers to drive their business forward. This requires a strong analytical mind to develop reports on the fly, interpret the data, and share your learnings

  • Hands-on experience in working on digital products and applications(the more the better!)

  • Overall strong communication skills as well as an interest in digital applications and social media

  • Bachelor's degree or more (in the making)

  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must 

  • Familiarity with Google sheets or Microsoft Excel
