- Current enrollment or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of polymer processing, material properties, and mechanical testing methods.
- Experience with laboratory equipment and processes is a plus (e.g., extrusion, injection molding, microscopy, tensile testing).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret data accurately.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and a passion for sustainable materials and innovative solutions.
