1) Supporting Sales Globally for Time Critical Solutions
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good relationships with all clients.
- Monitor market conditions and product development.
- Making sales call or meet up with potential / existing customers.
- Follow up on sales activities and maintain records of sales activities.
- Prepare sales reports on regular basisf.Participate in sales events as & when required.
2) Supporting Operations Globally for Time Critical Solutions
- Handle Email/Phone Enquiries.
- Submit Quotation.
- Coordinate declaration of permits and local pick up arrangements.
- Coordinate and update milestones until job completion
3) Routine standby support during night / weekends / Public Holidays
