Job Description
  • Perform data analysis on performance evaluation results and prepare related reports
  • Perform research on compensation and benefits matters, HR trends and best practices
  • Support data cleaning and HRIS harmonization activities
  • Update and review forms and templates as assigned
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets in relation to compensation matters
  • Support benchmarking activities
  • Prepare powerpoint presentation materials
  • Perform recruitment activities, including sourcing and interview co-ordination
  • Support any other projects, initiatives and general HR activities as assigned
