Working closely with our team of OD Consultants, the intern will be exposed & expected to execute proper curation, promoting our B2B digital content initiatives to engage HROD and C-Suite leaders of global organisations in the exciting field of Organisation Development.
Passionate about bringing best practices and research-based learning programmes developed by PACE, the Digital Content Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to strategise and be responsible for our digital OD contents, reaching out through social media platforms, raising the visibility of our OD solutions to generate qualified enquiries.
Key Result Areas Of Digital Content Marketing Intern
- Market research on the market demands and trends for OD interventions
- Craft compelling digital OD content that reflects PACE OD solutions.
- Market our digital OD solutions leveraging digital marketing platforms.
- Design and implement PR activities with the media, to increase market visibility of PACE
- Create, and implement content changes guided by supervisor to publish on the PACE website.
- Monitor marketing assets such as, email database, website, social media and event platforms to maintain a strong digital and social media presence.
- Keep abreast with the latest industry trends and technologies in digital marketing to develop innovative ways to keep PACE OD offerings in the forefront of digital marketing domain.
