We first started in industrial chemical trading before moving into the plastic polymer business. From there, we have grown into a full-fledged trading company with both import and export functions dedicated to satisfying customers' need for plastic materials.

Currently, a new division has been created focusing on bringing high-end window film solutions to Singapore. We are the exclusive distributor for Zonling High Performance Window Films, a world leading window film manufacturer founded in China. There is a high market potential for high quality window film products regarding the performance of heat rejection, energy saving and security protection. 

Job Description

Business Development: 

  • Achieve monthly sales target
  • Expand on existing market given and develop new opportunities
  • Marketing through social media channels and offline channels

Co-ordination :

  • Attend to all enquiries (i.e. installation, rectification) via all channels (ie, phone, email, social media platforms)
  • Scheduling for customer appointments, installation, pitching, site visits
  • All enquiries must be recorded and documented daily through call reports for pipeline generation
  • Compile month end report for tracing of consumer habits and preference
  • Overseeing and supervision of installers on project installations - this includes checking of installation quality, ensuring the condition of the site before and after installation, keeping track of the installation schedule and timely delivery of installations.

Administration & Operations Matters :

  • Submit invoices and all related paper work promptly and accurately to Internal Admin Personnel
  • Arrangement of payments, collection of payments especially ARs are of importance
  • Resolve issues that arises to corporate account or feedback for request of solution in event should the matter be difficult to handle

Reports :

  • Monthly sales with breakdown on company accounts
  • Feedback on market conditions and competitors
  • Billing details for corporate and individual accounts
  • Commission paid

Candidate requirements:

  • Min. Tertiary Level Graduation (Polytechnic or University graduate);
  • Responsive, apt for learning
  • Fluent in English (additional South East Asian language a bonus)
  • Detail oriented
