We are a boutique event management agency, specialising in unique experiential treatments as well as key marketing campaigns for both corporates and government initiatives.
Our successful event creations comprises of proven-to-work solutions experiential campaigns, launches, roadshows, conferences, integrated event marketing strategies, creative communications and special events.
Responsible for project assistant management from detailed to executions.
Contribute creative ideas and give inputs on producing various planning and campaign proposals.
Working closely as a team and independently in execution of events, providing proper scheduling of the project timeline to meet clients’ objectives.
Conceptualised and writing of proposal pitches, presentation, coordination and management of projects.
Assist the producers in providing all necessary work carried out for a successful outcome.
You should be passion in the events communications industry and wanting to create a success for each project handled.
Diploma/Degree with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management (Fresh graduate may be considered).
Excellent writing and communication skills with pleasant personality.
Effectively and highly organized, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Good team leadership qualities and a resourceful self-starter.
A resourceful self-starter and strong team leader.
