#OxfordCaps is Asia's first branded and technology-enabled Student Housing company. We provide technology-enabled and community-driven living experience designed for the millennial Students. Our online booking platform allows university students to book their ready-to-move-in student accommodation in Singapore and India. Once they move-in, our platform is used for end-to-end management of the accommodation units and for community engagement.
Our current community of students represent a wide section of international programs including full-time undergraduate & postgraduate programs, exchange programs, research fellowships and summer internships. Our community currently comprises of students enrolled at eminent universities like National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technical University (NTU), Singapore Management University (SMU), INSEAD Business School and ESSEC Business School, amongst others.
Objective would be to help us finding relevant available properties across Singapore for Student Housing
Responsibilities:
1) Meeting property agents and similar vendors on daily basis to find out right property for our acquisition.
2) Viewing the properties and compiling reports
3) Doing the initial ground work related to finding demand near the property and maintaining data
4) Any other activity related to selling and acquisition of properties
