Job Description
Role: Business Development Intern
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Various analysis of real estate markets, trends, and competitors in Singapore. (20% of job)
Help find leads of suitable properties for acquisition (60% of job)
Help in day to day operation process (20% of total job)
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Ability to talk with new people on daily basis
Ability to organise and manage multiple tasks
Plus if student is from real estate background
Languages Known: English, Mandarin (necessary)
