Assist in preparing information such as IT processes in collaboration with IT Team
Create and maintain powerpoint presentations
Shadow multiple IT positions and train in a variety of tasks
Perform root cause analysis on repeated issues from the ticketing system with the IT team
Assist in preparing IT reports from the ticketing tool
Manage databases and input information, data and records
Perform task as assigned
collaborate with Operations/Finance/HR to improve processes
