Job Description

  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
  • Monitor and review the business in meeting the financial and operational objectives.
  • Key liaison personnel and manage relationships between customers and internal groups
  • Interact with customers on business outlook, quality, delivery, product costing, engineering changes and explore new business opportunities
  • Oversee timely completion of production schedules and new project start-up through efficient coordination of all levels of CFT team
  • Prepare business forecast, revenue projection and customers quotations.
  • Driver for problem solving to internal and meeting customers requirements/expectations
  • Resolve issues which has financial impact with customers inventory, claims, pricing, AR
  • Manage, review customer PO,S/O, changes updates and closure
  • Review MRB/ECN/DN and provide disposition
  • Any other responsibilities as deem assigned by the organization
