Marketing & Operations Manager / Associate
Role Overview
This role combines marketing team leadership with operational support, helping ORIGIN scale its marketing efforts while ensuring smooth adoption of new digital systems. You’ll also support quality assurance work with clients to maintain service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the marketing team’s day-to-day operations
Support onboarding of the marketing team to new digital systems and workflows
Ensure marketing processes align with broader company digital transformation initiatives
Assist with QA tasks related to client deliverables and service quality
Collaborate with operations and management to improve cross-team coordination
Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements to tools and workflows
Requirements
Experience managing or coordinating teams (or strong leadership potential)
Comfortable working with digital tools, marketing platforms, and internal systems
Strong communication and organisational skills
Detail-oriented mindset with an eye for quality and consistency
Nice to Have
Marketing, communications, or operations background
Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, or marketing automation
