Duties

- Drafting, reviewing and amending legal and secretarial documents such as private placement memos, investment agreements with portfolio companies, shareholders’ agreements, and board resolutions. 

- Assist in general administration of the company, including virtual events, virtual networking, and interactions with startup founders and other VCs

Start-date 

Immediate.

Duration 

Minimum of 3 months with a preference for 6 months or longer. 

Probation period

1 month. Candidates shall be tested on a variety of simple legal drafting tasks to ascertain their ability to write coherently and clearly; including demonstration of attention to details.

Flexibility to accommodate legal examinations and/or other personal schedules 

Depending on the circumstances, remuneration for the number of days’ work can be pro-rated accordingly in accordance to the candidate’s requests for time-off, including legal examinations
