Job Description
- To provide administrative supports to our product distribution and daily operation team
- To handle front desk duties
- To generate sales invoices and help prepare customer orders
- To update and maintain a detailed tracking and filing system of all documents
- Answer to customer’s queries and requests
- To co-ordinate with teams to fulfil customer’s order and work with warehouse on delivery arrangements
- Collecting payment via nets, cash or credit card.
