Job Description

Senior Customer Advisor (Luxury Retail) ( 5 Days A Week )


Full time

At Orient Crown, our frontline sales roles stand at the very center of our organization as you continue to safeguard the growth and longevity of our Brand. Our Sales team transform the store visit into a memorable, luxury shopping experience, and, as Brand Ambassadors, engage Customers in the discovery of our unique and exclusive Watch Winders selection, creating an atmosphere of passion and enthusiasm for the Orient Crown collections.

You will be based in one of our prestige''s Boutiques in Singapore.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The Role
    • Build relationships with each customer that begin with the quality of their welcome when they walk into a store and is extended even beyond the visit and transaction itself.
    • Be the trusted advisors, offering suggestions and alternatives to the customer using the highest levels of sophistication and service.
    • Identifying the needs of our customers, and to engage with them in making the right purchase.
    • Promoting the brand image of Orient Crown and associated product range
  • Customer Understanding & Engagement

Provide memorable luxury customer service experience by:

  • Convey brand messages and values through storytelling, to create an emotional connection and promote brand loyalty.
  • Proactively developing and maintaining solid customer relationships and growing customer database through effective networking.
  • Sales Management
    • Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve individual and store sales targets
    • Work with the store team to execute action plans to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales and KPI targets as assigned by the Store Manager
  • Store Operations
    • Follows the directions of the Store Manager or appointed team member on store operational tasks that includes but not limited to stock room, inventory, cashiering, reporting duties, etc.
    • Ensuring that our merchandise and displays are consistently well presented.

  • Requirements
    • A consistently customer-centric focus, with a demonstrated ability to continually exceed superior standards of customer service
    • High standards of personal grooming.
    • Good communication skills - proficient in English and either Bahasa or Mandarin, with the ability to develop rapport and form relationships at all levels.
    • Organized, with an attention to detail and a passion for sales
    • Prior retail/sales experience necessary
  • Training will be provided, and candidates with potential are groomed for positions of store manager.
  • Full-time positions only available
  • Competitive basic salary with high commission and yearly incentive
