What Will You Actually Be Doing?
As part of our project team, you'll help keep exciting digital projects moving forward.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting project director with planning, coordination and project delivery.
• Joining client discussions and helping translate business requirements into clear tasks.
• Coordinating with designers, developers and internal stakeholders.
• Tracking project timelines, deliverables and milestones.
• Preparing meeting notes, project updates and progress reports.
• Testing websites, applications and digital features before launch.
• Identifying issues, gathering feedback and following up on improvements.
• Exploring AI tools and digital solutions that can improve how our team and clients work.
• Helping ensure that projects progress smoothly from the initial brief to successful launch.

You'll learn how to balance timelines, solve practical problems, communicate with different teams and manage expectations. These skills are valuable well beyond the technology industry.

• Experience with tools such as WordPress, Figma, Basecamp.
• An interest in UI/UX, digital products, AI automation or project management.
• Experience from school projects, CCAs, freelance work or previous internships.
