We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, creating content, and analysing marketing performance. This internship provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Digital Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms
• Support the setup, operation and optimisation of campaigns, including initiatives linked to TikTok Shop and lead generation funnels
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance and key metrics

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create, schedule and manage social media content including posts, captions, visuals and short-form videos
• Use AI tools to generate, edit and publish video content for social media platforms
• Support daily content production, including high-frequency output for platforms such as TikTok
• Assist in blog writing, newsletters and other marketing materials

Website & Digital Assets

• Update and maintain mobile landing pages to ensure a smooth user experience
• Assist with website updates, including SEO improvements and content uploads
• Manage technical updates such as TDS uploads, footer edits and product page changes
• Support the transition from e-commerce pages to TikTok Shop integrations

Market Research & Strategy

• Conduct market and competitor research, particularly within the laundry and hygiene industry
• Analyse competitor sales processes, prospecting methods, USP and customer confidence levels
• Support survey creation and data collection for market insights

Lead Generation & Funnel Development

• Assist in building and optimising marketing funnels, especially for laundry prospects
• Support strategies that drive leads towards consultations with specialists
• Help integrate downloadable resources and onboarding materials into funnels

Sales & Marketing Tools Development

• Support creation of sales enablement tools such as:
  • Landing pages and sales decks
  • Industry-specific kits and guides
  • Case studies with before and after results
  • Cost comparison and savings analysis
• Assist in preparing technical and compliance-related materials such as safety data sheets and certifications

Branding & Marketing Collateral

• Update and maintain branding materials across platforms
• Support development of downloadable content hubs for customer education and onboarding
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity

CSR & Corporate Initiatives

• Assist in initiating and supporting CSR programmes
• Coordinate activities that align with brand values and community engagement

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support for marketing projects
• Coordinate timelines, assets and internal communication to ensure smooth execution
