Maritime Intern (Convertible to Perm)
Responsibilities:
- To manage rate quotations and internal updates in the in-house system.
- To convert sales lead into active customers.
- To achieve set targets for revenue and shipment volume growth through sales selling technique.
- Improve existing customer base and ensure profitable business is secured.
- Complete reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate update of customer information.
- Manage all customer issues relating to bookings.
- Researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to the department's business processes.
- Study operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Intern will be given an overview of the department and be guided on daily tasks handled by our staff. This can give the intern an insight of how shipping industry work and we believe this experience will equip him/her with the required skills for future.

Requirements:
- Final year student pursuing a diploma / degree in Maritime / Supply Chain /Business studies related discipliness
- Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- This is an internship position to start and is convertible to permanent. Salary and job title commensurate according to relevance of work experience and qualifications.
- Able to start work ASAP.
