Stylepalace Trading is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated students who are eager to learn more about the online retail space. This internship program offers practical exposure to various aspects of our business, such as warehouse operations, logistics with 3PL, customer service, and order fulfilment. If you are selected, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations, gain valuable insight into the online retail sector, as well as make a connection between the textbook and the business environment.
Responsibilities:
Basic data entry & administrative work Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. Provide support in managing customer inquiries, orders, and feedback. Assist in maintaining inventory levels and performing regular stock checks in our warehouse. Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to coordinate promotions and assist with Social Media engagement
Requirements:
Pursuing a coursework related to business, supply chain logistics or similar fields Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Familiarity with typical MS Office (Word & Excel) and other software / tools.
