Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily administrative duties, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
Support the operations team in coordinating internal tasks, schedules, and follow-ups.
Assist in preparing reports, schedules, proposals, and simple documentation.
Liaise with internal team members, clients, vendors, and external parties when required.
Help to maintain proper organisation of documents and office records.
Support marketing or outreach activities, including maintaining client lists and updating business contact records.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative, operational, and business development tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Relevant experience in administration, operations, customer service, or sales support will be an advantage, but not compulsory.
