Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Incorporation or registration of new Companies, LLP and other entities.
  • Drafting of Directors'/Members' resolutions.
  • Drafting of Annual General Meeting (AGM)/Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) documents.
  • Maintenance of registers and corporate secretarial documents.
  • To lodge annual returns and other matters with ACRA and any other government agencies, as and when required.
  • Client due diligence (CDD) procedures and documentation.
  • Advising clients on various corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum A levels or diploma in business studies, accountancy or law is preferred. Those who do not hold the relevant qualifications but with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to interact well in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) and liaise with clients from China.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
  • On the job training will be provided.
