Job Description

The Role Summary

The intern provides support in functional areas in the HR department which will include, but not limited to the coordinating work for Recruitment activities, On-boarding activities and HR projects. Work tasks are closely supervised and are designed to further develop intern’s job knowledge and abilities.

Depending on your available period for the internship, we will carve out the learning objectives to provide a meaningful learning for you.


Duties and Responsibilities 

· Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

· Assist with scheduling interviews for candidates and hiring managers

· Coordinate meetings and On-boarding activities

· Compile and update the necessary information into the databases accordingly

· Perform various data entry, generate reports and records

· Take personal responsibility for the quality and accuracy of your work

· Perform various ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time


Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent degree must be in progress.

· Prior experience supporting an HR function is a plus

· Basic knowledge of the principle and practices of the Human Resources function

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with multiple priorities

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Words / Excel)

· Possess the desire to learn new and challenging skills
