Our office is located at kallang (nearest MRT - Bendemeer) and we have a vibrant working environment. All interns will be assigned a personal mentor who will guide them on their day to day work and also impart valuable accounting knowledge to them.
Job Description
Intern's Job Scope
- Assist in the data entry of accounting vouchers, invoices, receipts, payments and bank reconciliations under the supervision of mentor from time to time.
- Any other ad-hoc admin and accounting related work
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (Preferably studied/ studying in accounting-related courses).
- The person must be self-motivated, team player, flexible and enjoy accounting or administrative challenges from time to time.
- Flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient with a sense of ownership.
- Possesses the ability to work under pressure.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, systematic approach and attention to detail are important.
- Proficient in MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- No working experience required
- Training will be provided to intern
- Able to commence from December 2020 for at least 4 months
Work Details
- Working Hours: 5 Days (9.00am to 6.00pm/9.30am to 6.30pm)
- Office Location: Kallang (Nearest MRT - Bendemeer)
- Attire: Casual with Collared Shirt
Remuneration
- Internship : $800.00 to $1,200 per month
- Potential to convert into a full-time staff upon completion of internship (Depending on work performance)
