Job Description

We’re looking for someone fast, resourceful, and excited to learn and contribute. Someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and enjoys taking ownership of meaningful projects.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate and set up interviews with candidates and clients.
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding recruitment needs and updates.

Marketing Assistance

  • Contribute to marketing projects, including creating content and conducting market research.
  • Support online and offline marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Administrative Support

  • Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

  • Degree holder/ Diploma/ Undergraduate (any field).
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, independent, and able to “connect the dots.”
  • Able to work in-office
