Internship Period: January 2027 – June 2027 (6 months, full-time).

Allowance: SGD 1,000 per month.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, based at 80 Robinson Road, Singapore.

The Role

As a core member of the founding team, you will work closely with us on high-impact business development initiatives across our portfolio companies.

Sales Pipeline Development

• Identify and qualify high-potential B2B leads across target industries.
• Research prospects’ business needs, decision structures and partnership potential.
• Keep lead databases and CRM records accurate and up to date.

Partnership Development

• Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and partners.
• Represent portfolio companies in client meetings, presentations and partnership discussions.
• Facilitate collaboration between portfolio companies where strategic synergies exist.

Revenue Enablement

• Work with portfolio leadership to understand offerings and strategic priorities.
• Develop tailored sales narratives, proposals and materials for prospective clients and partners.
• Track key performance metrics to support performance reviews and forecasting.

GTM Execution / Strategic Initiatives

• Help define and implement go-to-market strategies with senior management.
• Support campaign rollouts, partnership launches and client engagement initiatives.
• Represent the group at trade shows, industry events and activations.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.

Operational Reporting

• Update management on pipeline movement, conversion outcomes and key wins.
• Analyse sales and CRM data to identify bottlenecks and improve BD processes.
• Maintain organised documentation for all active deals.

What You Should Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• Relevant internship experience in business development, sales, management consulting, market research or strategy.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives.
• Proficiency in business proposals, market analysis and navigating databases.
• Keen to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
