Requirements
- Singaporean Citizen / PR
- 21 years and above
- Minimum full certificate in GCE "A" Levels or a Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent.

In this program you will achieve 5 CMFAS certifications and also get comprehensive training via a 90 day training program covering the fundamental knowledge and skills to help you succeed in the financial advisory business. There’s actually a lot more to it than it sounds – from insurance product know-how and financial planning to investment techniques and risk management - you’ll be exposed to it all!
b) Exclusive insight into the financial services industry
Ever wondered what it takes to grow a team and a business from the ground up in the financial services industry? Here’s your chance! Be mentored and coached by our experienced managers and gain exclusive insights on how to build a successful business.
c) Master sales and marketing skills
Learn the art of persuasion and influence, how to build rapport and trust with your clients, as well as building up your personal brand to market yourself and build your client base. Best of all? You’ll get to put all of this into practice with on-the-job training opportunities!

Your Role
Graduate Management Associates will be exposed to how One Degree Alliance operates, sponsored in all trainings and certifications along with being mentored by a senior management level Financial Manager.
You will be trained to analyse client’s financial needs and provide sound financial advice to help them meet their needs.
You will also be involved in meetings, training workshops, seminars, events and overseas learning trips, aside from daily job assignments, giving associates first-hand and full experience of real-life working in a leading financial institution.
