About your role
You will mainly be processing orders and learn how to independently handle sales inquiries over emails.
There is also a possibility of taking on social media platform responsibilities on posting, scheduling social media along with replying customers inquiries.Requirements:
- Open to Polytechnic graduates
- Good verbal and written communication skills for handling customers' calls and emails
- Hardworking, friendly and firm personality, team player, and able to thrive under minimal supervision
- Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) skills
- Good eye for details and organisation skills
- Photoshop skills are a plus
- Singaporeans only
Office hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Saturday, 9am to 1pm
