Job Description & Requirements Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Servicing and repairing of the electronic devices and equipment as necessary
- Providing technical support to Customers
- Replacing defective or broken products as necessary, able to do soldering will be an advantage
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation for equipment
- Maintain open communication and positive relationship with staff
Job Requirements:
- Students majoring in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Information Technology.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should possess ability and desire to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
- Possess strong organisational skills, a keen desire to learn and ability to prioritise in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Student must have basic computer knowledge
