Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Conduct internal testing of the products.
- Developing and updating marketing materials
- Handling customers sales enquiries
- Preparing proposal and presentation materials for pitches to potential clients
- Assisting in drafting quotations based on customer requirements
- Provide technical support to the customers
- Repairing of devices in house
