Job Description
  • Support Trades team in daily business management, including filing, reporting (manufacturing & Friday), and liaising with external companies;
  • Post regular administrative updates for the Trades division on a daily and weekly basis (publication admin/ post subscription);
  • Draft basic business letters and other written communication as needed;
  • Act as the admin and advocate for our various platforms;
  • Listing & managing renewals (“Librarian”)
  • Quarterly backups/ Archive Sales Mailbox and Drives
  • Tradebook closing
  • Fill up regular tables
  • Coordinate and organize business meetings;
  • Attend team meetings, take minutes and action lists, and maintain schedule;
  • Business travel arrangements for Trades team;
  • Assist with urgent matters when team members are travelling;
  • Process expenses reports related to business travels and team expenditure;
  • Provide support and itinerary preparation for international visitors;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Managers.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or support role;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • IT-savvy and comfortable learning new systems;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Possess business fluency in English and Mandarin.
