Olon Equity – Business Analysis Intern

Olon Equity is a Private Equity firm that invests on a deal-by-deal basis in both early stage and mature companies. We take a very hands-on approach post-investment supplementing management teams on strategy, team building and operations.

We are looking for an intern that has strong analytical and research skills. 

The role will include designing business KPI dashboards, tracking business metrics and undertaking insightful analyses. The role will also include some market research work. 

Assuming high performance there is scope to convert the internship into a permanent role. 

The ideal candidate will:

• Have at least 1 year of relevant experience or a degree in a directly related field (not general business studies, but focus on business analytics)
• Have strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers
• Be a highly motivated self-starter, that thrives under high levels of autonomy
• Be open to continuous feedback and personal improvement
• Have an understanding of Lean Methodologies (through having read books or relevant experience)
