Job Description

Temp Admin Assistant (4-6 Months)

Responsibilities

  • Assist Client teams on day-to-day administration and financial paperwork
  • Issue cost estimates (CE), purchase orders (PO) as well as record keeping
  • Coordinate and compile content and creative work from other offices in the O&M network
  • Maintain a central digital library of content and creative assets
  • Support teams in liaising with third parties eg. Event location queries and bookings
  • Support teams in coordinating meetings on Ogilvy premises eg. F&B arrangements and resource bookings
  • Logistics support and coordination for key senior level Ogilvy meetings 
  • General office admin support
  • Secretarial support when required
  • Support in developing presentation templates & design
    Requirements
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to details
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • No experience required.
