Job Description

Role Title – Business Operations Intern, Experience Design Team

Focus of the Role

  • Responsible for operations management for the services provided by the Ogilvy Experience Design Team.
  • Overall operations assistance - Supporting the execution of all projects by the Director, Customer Experience; Assisting in managing third party integration partners.
  • Assist AGILE Scrum teams in project delivery with strategic and tactical initiation
  • Improvement of business operations (tools & methodologies, processes, ways of working)
  • Running pitch teams across scoping, estimating, staffing and creative deck responses
  • Managing resourcing within the team
  • Provides basic project co-ordination & administrative support including meeting preparation, scheduling & status reports, documenting
  • Communicates effectively with client
  • Works to anticipate upcoming needs and hurdles; good instinct for when to ask for advice.
  • Available for 5+ months
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exercises sound judgement in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Manages time efficiently and can handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Has a sense of urgency – demonstrates ability to get things done
  • Strong attention to detail/follow through
  • Exhibits positive attitude and works well under pressure
  • Self-starter who can work with minimum supervision but at the same time is a team-player
  • Good communications skills
  • Thoughtful, organized and most of all dependable
