Job Description

Merchant Onboarding Intern (6-month)


What you will do

  • Onboard new and existing restaurants on our suite of products: Oddle Shop, reservation and dine-in platforms
  • Work closely with restaurants to translate their assets into optimized and functional online shopping carts
  • Ensure restaurants' online shopping carts can go live with the highest impact and potential conversation, which involves researching and understanding the brand, building brand brief, highlighting the brand's unique selling points, building a user-friendly as well as aesthetically pleasing cart for end customers
  • Assist the creative team to produce accompanying collaterals for launch

  • You’re able to commit for a full-time internship, 6 months and above
  • You are self-driven and passionate about helping merchants succeed
  • You are tech-savvy and able to maneuver around technical systems
  • You take pride in your work quality with a customer service-oriented mindset
  • You are open-minded and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and possess a good attitude towards learning and improving
  • You are organised and have strong attention to detail
